Crisis? What crisis? When a multiple disc failure occurred on our server, D & A Computers Ltd came in full force and spent the entire weekend on-site until the superior replacement installation was fully functional. Our company processes about 10,000 lines of stock a day – our day starts at 6.30am and ends at 5.00pm – there is no room for error – D & A Computers Ltd totally supported us through the worst. I know Dimos through a sport we both like doing … Indoor Rowing. So when I was having difficulties updating my Rowpro software to Version 4 Dimos was the obvious guy to call 😀

Net Framework 4 was what I needed to run the new version but for some reason it wasn’t allowing me too install, just kept getting an error message. I explained the problem to Dimos and he said would I mind if he accessed my PC remotely? I didn’t even know that was possible :-O a little download and password and Dimos was accessing my PC in Liverpool from his office in London … Isn’t technology wonderful 😀
Dimos tried installing Net Framework 4 and encountered the same problem. A quick look at my system and Dimos identified a virus that was preventing ‘Windows’ updating. He sorted that problem pronto, restarted the PC and Net Framework 4 installed allowing me access to Rowpro 4 😀
A BIG thank you to Dimos for providing a professional service in record time to resolve my PC issue.
D&A will be my first point of call if I encounter anymore PC problems. Thanks again Dimos, much appreciated, Jason.

My Macbook Pro cut out without warning, refused to charge and showed no sign of turning back on at all. I’m decent with tech but was stumped as to how to fix it, even after some extensive googling.

I called the shop at 3pm on the Saturday and was told to bring it in. I got there at 4pm and even though the owner (Dimos) was working on at least two things and answering the phone, he still said he would have a look and try to fix it by 5pm when they closed.

He did just that, reassuring me data was unlikely to be lost and everything should be back to normal. My Mac is now working as if nothing had happened. I will definitely make the journey back (a good 25 minute drive) if anything else goes wrong, well worth it!

Highly recommended.

I would like to thank D & A Computers Ltd. I was in a major panic when my desktop hard drive stopped working and it turned out my back-up to zip disk was also no good. The prospect of losing almost six months of accounts is one that no business would relish. Not only did they look at my situation as a priority but they kept me informed.
